How to Download Aadhaar Card Online - In Simple and Easy Steps

Today every Indian Citizen needs an Aadhar Card to take and enjoy every service of the Indian Government. Aadhar Card helps to identify your identity and it acts as a valid address proof. Aadhar Card is a 12-digit unique identification number issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI).

Now Let's see about How to Download Aadhar Card?

Note: You can Download your Aadhaar Card by 12 Digit Aadhaar Card Number, Virtual ID & Enrolment ID.

Step 1. Visit Official Website of UIDAI.  (uidai.gov.in)

Step 2. Scroll Down a little and find 'Download Aadhaar' option.

Step 3. To Download 'Aadhaar Card' by your 12 Digit Aadhaar Number. Choose 'I Have Aadhaar' option.

Step 4. Fill up your Aadhaar Number and other personal detail and then click on the "Request OTP".

Step 5.  After this, a One Time Password is sent to your Registered Mobile Number.

Step 6.  Now Enter the OTP received on your Mobile Number.

Step7. Complete the Survey and Click on the "Download Aadhar"

Important Note: The Password of PDF will be of 8 Characters. Combination of the first four letters of your name (as in Aadhaar) in Capital Letters and last 4 letters will be your year of Birth.

Example: If candidate Name - Mukul Dev and Year of Birth - 1997 then PDF Password - Muku1997.
